"When I initially purchased the Root Lift Spray, the spray nozzle mechanism would not work. I was really disappointed but they were so nice about it. I uploaded a video to the company and they immediately sent me a new bottle. I have only used it once but I really like it. So far so good! I love all of the ROZ products! I had a hysterectomy at 39 and nobody warned me that my hair would change drastically afterward. My cuticle stays open now and my hair always looked dry and frizzy regardless of how much I had conditioned it, masked, or serumed. That has not been the case with ROZ products. My hair is uber soft, shiny and full of body. I love it!"
