WHAT IS IT:
Jenny Patinkin Sustainable Luxury Conceal/Buff Brush has a densely packed wide/flat shape and is sized to fit under the eyes, around the nose or on the eyelids. The soft density of these bristles allows for an even and smooth distribution of concealer without tugging at the delicate skin around the eyes, and will place concealer only where needed instead of over distributing. This brush can be used with liquid, cream or powder products to pat or gently spread sheer layers, and may also be used to buff and blend any eyeshadow products.
HOW TO USE:
