"I love the product itself and do not mind the natural scent. However the packaging is problematic and clogs. A friend had the same issue, and I see another reviewer here did as well. I have to use a thumb tack to pierce the nozzle and can’t control the flow. It’s messy and Cos customer service response has been disappointing."
