"As soon as I put some on the lipstick broke off the base to the tube. I meant to send this it you. I only can twist it slight up to but lipsick on .. or else it will fall out of the tube I mever twist list all the way up .. it actually broke when I had just a normal small twist Love color Something must me wrong w the formula ? It was expensive and slightly a disappointed I have other Tim ford lipsticks and they never did this Photo of where it broke off at base and I kind of manipulated it back to fuse What can u do to help my situation ?
