Very Underestimated!
"This little guy is a diamond in the rough. Love this shadow stick and I have it in #11 and #19. I love shadows that are quick to apply, last all day, and wear consistently and evenly. You honestly can't go wrong with these. It's very hard to "mess up" the application. I wear these as both an eyeshadow and to line my under-eye with. It literally never smudges or rubs off. Sooo pretty and so easy to apply!! I also have the Ombre Eclat - to compare the two, Ombre Eclat dries extremely quickly due to being a long-wear liquid so you have to be QUICK with your application, otherwise you may find some unevenness. With the Eye Twists, you can take your time if you want, and the use is more versatile. Some people really hate on Sisley cosmetics, but let me tell you - they've actually done makeup right with their formulas. You may find a lot of the other houses have perfected their colors, but the formulations... nope. And by now, I've actually tried ALL of Sisley's makeup. I'm a lifer."
