Phyto-Cernes Eclat is the ultimate concealer. Its dual-action formula immediately fights against the look of dark circles and helps diminish puffiness day after day.

HOW TO USE

  • Using light strokes, apply the metallic tip to the eye contour for a cool de-puffing effect
