HOW TO USE

MAKE-UP REMOVER Shake well and apply to a cotton pad. Gently sweep across skin to remove make-up. For heavy make-up, leave for a few seconds, then gently remove.
CLEANSER Shake before use. Pump a little foam into your hand and smooth over the face using circular movements. Then rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water.
ENZYME CLEANSER Use 2–3 times a week as a supplement to a daily cleanser. Dispense a hazelnut-sized amount of powder into the hands and add lukewarm water to create a light foam.
Generously apply to the face, avoiding the eye area, and rinse thoroughly. Suitable for daily use on oily skin.
BALANCING TONER After cleansing, pour the BALANCING TONER onto a cotton wool pad and gently sweep over the skin.
HYALURONIC SERUM Apply a few drops of the serum evenly to the face, eye area, and neck before gently patting it in. Allow full absorption before following with a preferred face cream.
CLARIFYING SERUM Pour one pipette length of the serum into the palm of the hand and pat gently into the skin.
GLOW DROPS As a final treatment, apply a few drops to the palm of the hand and smooth over the skin. Dab onto the cheek and brow bones for an added glow effect.
GLOW CREAM After cleansing, apply GLOW CREAM evenly to the face, neck and décolleté. GLOW CREAM may also be layered over another Dr. Barbara Sturm face cream in desired areas.
THE BETTER B NIACINAMIDE SERUM Apply evenly in the morning and evening to the face, neck and décolleté, in gently tapping motions. Allow full absorption before following with a preferred serum or moisturizer.
FACE MASK Apply generously to the skin two to three times a week, after cleansing, as an additional booster. Leave the mask on for about 10-15 minutes to take effect before rinsing with plenty of lukewarm water.
SUPER ANTI-AGING CLEANSING CREAM Apply a hazelnut-sized amount of the cleanser (for heavy make-up, apply to dry skin) to damp skin, massaging gently. Add lukewarm water until a milky emulsion forms, then rinse thoroughly.
EYE CREAM In the morning and/or evening, after cleansing with the CLEANSER, gently apply to the area around the eyes.
CLARIFYING MASK Apply generously to cleansed skin at least twice a week. After approximately 10-15 minutes, remove the mask with lukewarm water.
SUPER ANTI-AGING BODY SERUM Apply all over the body or to areas where extra care is needed and gently massage into the skin with circular movements. Follow with Dr. Barbara Sturm’s ANTI-AGING BODY CREAM.
FACE CREAM RICH In the morning and/or evening, after cleansing, apply to the face, neck and décolleté as well as the delicate area around the eyes.
LIP BALM Apply generously to the lips as needed.
ANTI-AGING BODY CREAM Apply the ANTI-AGING BODY CREAM using circling movements and massage gently into the skin.
FACE CREAM In the morning and/or evening, after cleansing, apply to the face, neck and décolleté as well as the delicate area around the eyes.
SUPER ANTI-AGING HAND CREAM For best results, apply several times a day. For hands that are extremely dry and chapped, it can be used as a nourishing hand mask once or twice a week.
BODY WASH Apply one or two pumps of the BODY WASH to your hands and massage into wet skin. Rinse off thoroughly and towel-dry before applying Dr. Barbara Sturm’s ANTI-AGING BODY CREAM.
FACE CREAM MEN In the morning and/or evening, after cleansing, apply to the face and around the eyes. Also ideal as an aftershave balm.
EVERYTHING EYE PATCHES Using the enclosed spatula, lift one patch and apply to cleansed skin directly beneath the eyes. Leave on for 15–20 minutes, then gently pat any remaining concentrate into the skin.
For an intensified effect, store in a cool place before application.
