New formula misses the mark

"Loved Lipsmart before they changed their formula to make it vegan. Wish they would go back to the old formula because the new one doesn't feel as hydrating as it used to. It feels dry on my lips within minutes of applying. Now it's no different from any other lip balm on the market. Deeply disappointed."

"This product is absolutely wonderful. I use it at night before bed and when I wake up my lips are still full of moisture. I tend to have dry skin so this product help a lot with my dry lips. And I use it at least once during The day, when needed. I highly recommend this product."
