"Love putting this on in the morning. The ceramic tip has a cooling effect that does a nice job of depuffing this delicate area and also distributes the fluid evenly. My skin seems to drink up this product, and afterward my eyes look refreshed and hydrated. I think this is important for keeping wrinkles or dark circles from deepening. I also like how using this gives me better mileage for my concealer. Anyway so far so good. Glad I purchased."
