HOW TO USE

Gel Eyeliner in 02 Cocoa and 03 Black:

• Apply at the outer corner, moving toward the inner corner of the eye
• Blend out with Smokey Eye Brush 14
• Diffuse and intensify with appropriate eyeshadow using Smokey Eye Brush 14 on the top and lower lash line

All 3 shades can also be worn in the waterline.
