Hello- curiuos, is this mascara water proof or does it smudge off after a couple of hours? pls advise if any advise- thanks rebecca
Hi! This mascara is made to last, but is not a waterproof mascara. If you tend to smudge over time, we highly recommend that you pair your mascara with a good primer, setting powder, and setting spray to help!
