A refillable holder for our Eye Liner Pencil, designed for precise application. Pairs with our Eye Liner Pencil to define eyes with deep color. Refills with cartridge—available separately.

  • Includes a rubber blending tip for creating smokey, dimensional looks.

How to use: 

  • Take Eye Liner Pencil Cartridge to insert into holder
  • Position the cartridge into the holder and push firmly until it clicks into place
  • To remove, pull cartridge out of the holder
