1. Tell us a little bit about the story behind Rōz - what inspired you to start your own haircare line?

After 20 years working as a stylist, I felt like many of the styling products out there were overly complicated and too heavy to achieve what my clientele was looking for. I set out to create a nature-inspired line of clean, high-performing easy-to-use hair essentials that deliver exceptionally beautiful results.

2. Which RŌZ products are your must-haves for fighting fall frizz and dryness? 

It is very important to hydrate post summer and throughout fall, as the cold weather and seasonal transitions can cause dryness, frizz, static and endless knots at the nape of the neck from sweaters and scarves. MILK hair serum is a must have for fall. It is your daily moisturizer for hair - lightweight, protective and layerable but will provide the frizz-free, hydrated, long-term healthy hair results your hair needs. 

3. What’s your go-to product for effortless, cozy-season hairstyles? 

My go to product or daily styling for fall is the RŌZ Santa Lucia Styling Oil - it’s lightweight and it is the product I always use as the base for styling. Smooth blow outs are my go to style in fall. There is just something about shiny, healthy-looking hair that I crave in the colder months. Plus, it’s not a good time for leaving your hair wet or damp due to cold weather - and the Santa Lucia Styling Oil protects from heat and cuts down styling time. 

4. How does scalp care play into supporting the follicular cycle during seasonal transitions? 

It is always important to use quality products that treat the hair and scalp holistically. RŌZ products aren't just making it easier to style your hair, they also provide nourishment and repair your hair and scalp need for long-term hair health. 

5. Which product do you personally reach for the most in your own routine? 

For me personally, I use our shampoo and mask regularly, along with Santa Lucia Styling Oil and Hair Milk Hair Serum. On clients, Evergreen Style Cream is a staple. 

6. Are there any unexpected ways to use your products for even better results? 

I use the Willow Glen Treatment Oil as a high shine “wet look” one and done product. 

7. What’s the newest product in the lineup, and what makes it exciting? What’s next for Rōz? 

I am continuing to innovate and formulate, creating products that are versatile and layerable for all hair types. We aren’t focused on the new trendy product - we are focused on results and creating products that are performance driven, clinically backed, and that are good for you and your hair.
